


Small group personal training combines the individual attention of personal training with the motivation and affordability of a group setting. Groups are capped at 6 members per session and are led by an expert coach.
Unlike generic fitness classes, our sessions are tailored to your goals, fitness level, and progression. It’s like having a personal trainer, but in a supportive small group environment.
Not at all! We welcome all fitness levels—from complete beginners to experienced gym-goers. Your workouts will be adapted to suit your current ability.
Our gym is based at Sedgley PArk Rugby Club in Whitefield, Manchester and with free onsite parking.
Our sessions typically last between 50 to 55 minutes.

No problem. The 21-Day Challenge is designed for all fitness levels, including complete beginners.
The initial assessment we do with you 1-1 gives us a clear idea of your ability level and the goals that are most important to you. This allows us to tailor the training sessions specifically to your needs.
You'll have a coach to support you at all times who will help you progress at the right pace. Before you know it, you'll feel completely at home here at Strength In Numbers and far more confident too.
Life happens and it's unlikely you'll get a completely clear stretch of 21 days where nothing gets in your way. Thats fine. If you miss a few days we will work with you to make sure you still get the most out of your experience and make progress.
A lot of people come to SIN with aches, pains, or previous injury history. We'll discuss this with you during your 1-1 session and carefully plan around any limitations.
If you've loved your 21-Day Challenge, you can easily transition on to one of our memberships.
This will be discussed with you in full towards the end of the 21 days and once you have a feel for how often you would like to attend SIN sessions as part of your week.
